At the restaurant
What Chick-fil-A itself says about its restaurants, beyond the menu, in its own words. These change no item’s marks. We read them on the dates shown; unlike the menu data, they are not re-checked every night.
Frying oil
we’ve been cooking our hand-breaded chicken exclusively in fully refined, heat-processed peanut oil.
However, due to the handcrafted nature of our food and our use of shared cooking and preparation areas, we cannot ensure that our food is 100% free from any allergens. Products containing milk, egg, soy, wheat and sesame are all made in our kitchens.
However, once the bun is removed from its packaging it is no longer considered gluten-free because it may come into contact with ingredients in our kitchens that do contain gluten. Therefore, we encourage guests to assemble their sandwich themselves.
Each of these restaurants offer sit down, counter, drive-thru, catering and self-service and include the classic Chick-fil-A menu, as well as specialty menu options that can’t be found anywhere else.
Restaurants differ. Ask staff at yours about anything here.
